Training for winter can be tough but it’s worth the struggle! Hiking is not just a summer activity, it’s also a winter activity. It’s actually really beneficial if you’re looking to stay fit and make your body stronger in cooler weather conditions where there are more opportunities than warmer ones at hand, plus hiking has been proven as an excellent way of relieving stress too (plus we all need some time off from work).
